Person On Charge : Captain Omar F. Fanoush  Chairman  - General Manager

Capt. Omar F. Fanoush (Master Mainer) who started a career more then 26 years ago with different on board ranks at various ships of the fleet of the Libyan State carrier company (GNMTC). 1994 he turned his professional profile to Port and Harbour management whereas he served in the port inspectorate office –Benghazi port. Later he continued to work as the Advisor for the State company (Universal Shipping Agency). Between 2001- 2005 he was appointed as the Head  of  Benghazi  office of a  third party inspection company   and  an  approved  third  party  inspector, internal   ISO  Auditor and provisional External  ISO  Auditor. From 1999 to date, Capt. Fanoush has extended his activity in Public Maritime service by being appointed a member of the Ministry of transportations Consultancy Panel.  In addition to this function he serves as the Assembly  Committee member  of  a  state  Shipping  company  (Shahat Shipping) , and as Vice President  &  Board  member  of the Libyan  Maritime  Society.
